Accessibility
We are committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who rely on assistive technology.

Our commitment
We strive to conform substantially to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to the accessibility principles reflected in the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable fair-housing advertising guidance. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.
Measures we take
- semantic HTML structure with a single, descriptive heading hierarchy per page;
- keyboard-operable navigation, buttons, and interactive map controls;
- descriptive alternative text for meaningful imagery;
- color and type choices intended to maintain readable contrast;
- responsive layouts that reflow for zoom, tablet, and mobile use;
- respect for reduced-motion preferences in animated elements.
Known limitations
Some content depends on third-party services and embedded resources we do not control, and portions of the interactive community map are inherently visual. Where a visual element conveys information, we aim to provide an equivalent text description. We cannot guarantee that every page is free of accessibility defects at all times.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter a barrier, please tell us through our contact form — the only contact channel offered on this Site — describing the page and the difficulty you experienced. We will make reasonable efforts to review the issue and provide the information you need in an accessible alternative format.
Third-party content
This statement applies only to this website. Independent third-party websites we link to are governed by their own accessibility practices, which we do not control.
